Beovision Avant VCR problem

Hi,

VCR did not have a pic at all so I took it out from TV “cabinet”. If I adjust tape guides first almost open and start to screw them back I find the proper setting and pic/sound is very good.

But……..after I take tape out and load it back again pic is gone. Any ideas?
