To add information to my post, I have measured voltages on the power supply board. If I understand correctly they are all present: around +400VDC on the main capacitor, as well +23VDC, +23VDC and +5VDC on the stand-by supplyโฆ

It will depend a bit where you live I reckon. Also that panel will be old, so it is a chance, but it could be a cheap way to get a working TV (for now) again. Also a good chance to get an extra Beo4, a higher/lower/wall stand, ย another ย BeoLab 7. Here in the Netherlands they come very cheap as they are heavy and people want them to be picked up.
