Anyone know why a BV11-40 won’t ‘see’ the OK button on a Beo4.
Tried 3 different remotes, no joy.
The TV turns on , Pin numbers go in, the menu appears bottom right once 4 digits are entered ( the colour buttons will then clear/delete the digits) but at the last stage, the press O to accept doesn’t seem to ‘see’ the command.
Any thoughts?

Did you try the Play button (given there is one on your remote)?

Thanks !

Masterpincode (MPC) from your store or B&O directly. Just enter the 5 digits where the 4 digits are requested and confirm by pressing the joystick button.
also, needs to be a remote with the stick.
most important thing that took a while with B&O third level support:
Please input the 5 digits when the PIN code menu is shown and then end by pressing the middle button. When using the remote shown in the video (which is the cursor model), please be sure the remote is in “Mode 1”. To set the remote in Mode 1 do the following:
• While holding down the • button (standby), press LIST shortly.
• Let go of both buttons – ADD? is now displayed
• Press LIST repeatedly until MODE? is shown in the Beo4 display and press the center button
• Press LIST repeatedly until MODE 1 is shown in the Beo4 display and then press the center button
• Now try again with the master code -
