I’m thinking of looking out for a Beosound Overture but wondered if the AUX socket carries datalink? The reason being that if it does I would want to connect in a Lintronic Box to it so that I can control a Yamaha Media Streamer which will also give me additional inputs and Internet Radio
If it doesn’t would I be better looking for a Beocenter 9300? I say the 9300 because I have a seperate turntable and phono amp – the RIAA in the 9500 would be too sensitive.
I also want to integrate it into an existing ML system – currently I have the Yamaha connected to a Beolink COnverter and controlled through the Lintronic box – this works really well but I really want a B&O Audio Master and love the look of the Overture.

Without knowing much about theLintronic box I think that it use the Datalink 86 protocol for communication and that is not available in the Ouverture’s AUX connection as the Ouverture has Masterlink. It is however available on the Beocenter 9300 AUX socket.
