    Hello,

I have several Beosound Ouvertures to fix and one of them doesn’t power up. I suspect that a fuse is blown up but I can’t find it on the transformer-PCB 15. When putting the power on I hear a little hum, barely audible. I have looked at the service manual, but I can’t find any fuse.

Any suggestions how to find the fuses or where to look?

There are I believe 3 fuses, but they donโ€™t look like fuses.

more like capacitors, they are soldered on.

Maybe check out a service manual or check the printed text on the pcbโ€™s

    Thank you,

Then I have to dig in further and measure if one of them is broken.

When you look on dk-soundparts.com and look for โ€˜fuseโ€™ you will see how they look like.

Hi! I recently took mine apart (similar problem). When you remove the plastic back, on the left you will see the soldered side of the fuses. Mine had five of them. The PCB is silkscreened F1 through F5. When you look from the side, you can see they look more like cans, as previously mentioned. Mine were brown, about a 1/4″ high (~6.35 mm). It was easy to test them from the back. Hope this helps.
