So I have a Beosound Core driving my non B&O setup which integrates with 2 M3’s and since yesterday a Level in a multiroom setup. Since I got the Level yesterday I notice the improvement in speed and stability in Chromecasting on it, over the M3’s and Core (I rely on chromecast because of YouTube music and podcasts). I assume that is because of the Mozart platform vs the older software/hardware. So I was wondering if anyone knows if there will be a Mozart Core in the future? Either a Core 2.0 new version with new hardware, or a major software update? Assuming Mozart also requires other hardware we can skip the software update option. Or are there alternatives to a Core to integrate a non-B&O home setup in B&O’s multiroom system?

In that case any chromecast device (with a newer cast version) could replace the BS Core…..apart from the fact that the connection to Beolabs is far easier with the Core.
No news about a possible Core 2 or successor based on the Mozart platform.
