beosound 9000 mk2

I have a Beosound 9000 mk2, that is having SLG 39 error.

This is what happens:

1. i send to test mode, and run test 71
2. sledge starts moving back and forth.
3. finally around cd 3, it just dies and shuts down the test.

Going to test 27, i get the SLG 39 error.

From the manual, seems like this is some optical positioning issue.

Any way best way to trouble shoot this?
