BRONZE MemberI bought a used Beosound5 with a Beomaster5. But strangely, when I turn on the Beomaster, only the power-on light at the top of the screen comes on, and the Beomaster5 also turns on but does not work. So I copied the hard disk through cloning and reconnected it, but the Beomaster5 still does not work at all. I removed the cover and looked inside, and only three lights are on, and the light on the left should be on, but it is not on. Is this a problem with the main board? Or is it possible to repair it? Please give me a solution. Please.

ModeratorHello,
You seem to be missing 3.3V ATX.
These devices are complicated to work on, so I would suggest returning the system to your local service centre.
The service documentation is not publicly available at the moment for this product.Kind regards,
