I have refurbished my BM8000 last year, it is working nothing less than perfect, however i discovered yesterday that the clipping lamp sometimes is blinking when BM8000 is switched ON… at the same time the lamp is blinking a small blop is hear from the speakers.
I have connected a fluke meter in MIN MAX/Hold mode to the speaker output when switching ON, this reveals a short voltage jump to aprox +12V at the moment it is switched ON. (same on both channels)
The blop and the short voltage jump is only seen heard when the clipping lamp is blinking, and it happens only sometimes??
Can anyone give me a clue for this, before i start my investigations on this.
