beomaster 5000 won’t turn on anymore

Hi all,
my beomaster 5000 (Mod. 1983) does not turn on anymore.
The red LED is on, the relays are tripping but if I press the power button it does not turn on.
Then if I press the fm tuning button on the control panel it turns on.
I have changed almost all the capacitors and also those on the display board without results.
I also have another BM 5000 with the same problem.
I think it is a common problem.
Can anyone help me?
