BRONZE MemberI am hoping the community can help me out on this one. I have a somewhat complex system, diagram attached. I have two Beosound Cores each with a pair of 8000s, a Beosound moment hooked into a non-B&O receiver, a Beovision Eclipse with a wireless 5.1 setup using the wireless Beolab Receiver 1s with 8000s and a Beolab 2. In my closet I have a Beosound 3200 (not currently connected to the rest of the system). Also have a Beoremote halo and Beoliving home automation setup. But my pride and joy is the Beosound 9000 Mk3 I acquired last year. It is one of those things I think everyone coveted as a teen and I’m so happy to own it now. I wanted to connect it to the larger system but despite numerous calls to B&O for help, I cannot seem to get the Beolink NL\ML to work. I can neither control or stream audio from my Beosound 9000. I have tried every different configuration that I can think of but can’t get any headway. I even reached out to Steve from Sounds Heavenly but he doesn’t do US consults. I am happy to post logs or anything else required to identify the problem. I appreciate everyones guidance and assistance here.

BRONZE MemberI should also mentioned that my beolink NL ML is on software version 1.4.3.19864
My B&O Icons:2 August 2025 at 09:38 #68158BRONZE Member- I asume that Networklink and Ethernet are on the same network/domain (black and green in your drawing).
- Set the BLC (Beolink NL/ML converter) as “VMaster” (or ASlave; Configuration-Settings). Note: don’t to forget SAVE after every change made!
- Tick the box of the “CD” on the page “Configuration-Experience mapped to NL” (note: here you can change the name from “CD” to f.e. “cd9000” also)
- Set the Core in your Office: in the B&o app select the Core; select “Settings”; on the “Product settings” page select “Configure”; select “Beolink”; select “Link to other Products”; in the primary selectbox select the BLC; hit the “Connect” button.
- Now goto “Your Content” (somewhat higher in the list) and select “sources”; select “in local list”; check the boxes of the sources for this Core (be sure the cd9000 is slected); click “Save”.
- Now the cd9000 source should be available as source of the Core (see your Halo) and can be joined by other NL products.

BRONZE MemberThanks so much for the help….I followed your settings exactly but unfortunately, it seems that the issue is the master link port on my Beosound 9000….I went through various iterations of settings and procedures on the wireless router and the NL ML converter…..ultimately, I decided to move my Beosound 3200 into the office to determine if it would work with the same settings I want for the 9000s….unfortunately, it did with all the same cables and connections……..which tells me the issue is with the Beosound 9000 master link system….the Beosound 9000 is currently connected to the Beosound core via the headphone jack so it can still work, i just can’t integrate controls…..chatgpt tells me that repairing the master link likely is a $500 repair but it would be great if i could find a solid repair shop…..I am located in Dallas Texas if anyone has an idea…..thanks again for the help thus far!
