BRONZE MemberHi all,
I just replaced the belt and batter on a BL7000, but it doesn’t want to stay open. Usually it will rise halfway and then return to flat position. Sometimes it opens fully but only for ~1 second. I don’t believe it is a belt issue as even if I help it to rise with my hand it still only stays open ~1 second.
Is there an end-stop switch like some other products with moving parts? I can’t seem to find it if there is.
I have not yet replaced capacitors, but it’s on the list.
Any ideas?

GOLD MemberNot sure what it could be, but maybe a hint for fault finding. Does it do it both with the automatic function when you place it on a table, and when the manuel move on the setup menu is used?
If it is only in automatic mode it could maybe be related to the activation switches.
On another note belt size and tension can be very important. I was advised about the belt size in this post for reference: https://forum.beoworld.org/forums/topic/beolink-7000-belt/#post-66838
