I’m enjoying my Beolab28 without any problem … until recently
since few hours : one of the Beolab28 is issuing a constant « white noise » from one of its driver: one of the mid range (up, right) is emitting this noise whenever the speaker is ON.
– no matter which source I’m using
– the speaker is connected to router via ethernet
– the speaker is up to date (4.1.3), and I’ve factory reset it, run Room compensation again, and unpair / repaired the stereo with the other beolab
can you please help me ? I’m very worried it could be a hardware issue ??

Allow remote support via the app.
The store/service provider will log into the speakers and check for issues along with sending a log report to denmark.
They will need to know the serial numbers of the speakers.Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, UKFavourite Product: BeoGram 400xSignature: Multicare Electronics - Authorised Bang & Olufsen repair. My B&O Icons: -
