Hi all, new owner of a pair of Beolab 9s here. Quick question about the mains cable for these: the manual says only use the supplied power cable (which I don’t have) and I can see that the socket is handed so the cable can only be put in one way. So – does it matter what the polarity of the supply is if you use a standard figure-of-eight cable and if so which way round?
Any help gratefully received.
Dave.

Plug them, enjoy them…
Unless you home has a very specific wiring, meaning the opposite of a carefully and perfectly crafted network, and different from our common home where live and neutral colors are mixed somewhere in a wall, I doubt you’ll risk anything.
