Hello B&O fans,
I notice most of the Beolab 8000 MK 1 version has the problem of rotting damping material inside. I have a pair of Beolab 8000 MK2 with serial 20959413, anybody knows if this MK2 has the same problem? I understand that the problem will eventually cause harm to amplifier and power supply board, therefore I want to know if I need to replace the damping material. Thanks in advance.
Best Regards, Peter

BeoLab 8000 MK I has the improved type of foam, much better resistant to temperatures caused by the internal amplifier and PSU.
So, no problem.
