BRONZE MemberHello Community !
I recently purchased a pair of Beolab 50, with the beosound core included.
I am normally a technical person but as new to Bo world, I need some support.
The speakers are bought second hand and of course didn’t think it would be a problem to make them play and configure …. but 🙂 let me explain :
Master and slave connected to DPL port on each by 5m Cat7 cable.
Little Cat 7 cable connected on the Master (powerlink port) and the beosound core (powelink port).
Iam able to see the core on my BeO App and play music on it and hear it on the speakers. but I have no option to add the beolab 50 to the app neither has any options concerning wide or anything on the core. basically I am missing a step that I can find online.
On my app I literally have only the core and cant add the beolab as they are not founded. Did I miss something somewhere ?
I could ask BeO to come home to fixe it of course, but it might be a simple trick ?
Hope somebody can help, I look forward to hear them play

GOLD MemberHi. I’ve just got a pair of bl50 this weekend and have the same problem. I have the speakers connected to the Beoconnect Core but can’t add the to the app or BS Theatre via WPL. Would you be able to share how you have done this? Thanks.
