BRONZE MemberDear all,
I hope everything is fine! My name is Alberto, and I’m new to this forum, as well as to the world of B&O :). I currently have a set up composed of a Beosound 3000 MKII, and a Beolab 4000 (the first series I guess, with serial number starting with 12). Recently, one of my Beolab 4000 stopped working. Every time I started to play music from the Beosound, it produced a very strong noise and, after a few minutes, it would turn off itself. The diagnosis a B&O Center gave me is related to the Amplifier board.
I have been able to disassembly the unit, and attached here some pictures of the Amplifier board. I’m no expert in B&O components, but I can’t identify where the fault on this board is. Any ideas? I’m currently in the process of looking for a replacement board, but in the meantime it would be very interesting to hear your thoughts on this!
Thank you so much in advance,
Alberto
