Hello Beoworld, I’m working to fix one of my Beolab 3.

Power supply is gone, problem is likely in the area in the picture, where you can see few components are burned.

Of course fuse is blown now.
Rectifier and few capacitors replaced, but were likely ok.

    • Do anyone have a schematic for this power supply (A6143262 Ver G) ?
    • Or, do you know what are the components ?

    Thanks for help.

    Hello

The servicemanual for Beolab 3 only have block diagrams showing the connections between the boards, no component level schematics.

Your best bet might be to compare to the components in a working one, provided you have 2 Beolab 3 speakers

Hi, yes, I’m aware about it. It is a bit weird because it is marking power in on P1.1 and P1.2 while it is on P1.1 and P1.3.

Other than that, it is useful but not enough. Yes, I can use another power supply but I don’t like the idea to remove the components to measure it.

I hope to find a schematic and do it better.

    Hi,

can someone give me ordering partnumbers for the 2 rifa x2 Capacitors and the 2 red Kaschke coils ?

my Beolab 3 started to smell burned.  The 220nF X2 is fully blown and has also damaged the 2 Kaschke coils. I already removed them from the pcb but I cannot identify much. In order tobe on safe side, I also would like to replace the 100nF X2.

is there any further recommendations to replace other parts in order to be on the safe side when the x2 blows up ?

    million thanks in advance!
