BRONZE MemberDear All
I have beolab 28 connected to theatre with wired powerlink.
when looking at 28 update on the APP it shows both speakers are up to date and yet when looking at the version that its staetes is installed its v3.3.1 the latest is v 4.1.1
Theatre has updated to V4.1.1
How can i get the app to show the correct update version, ive tried stopping auto updates and a manual check – which states the version is up to date?

BRONZE MemberI had an ‘issue’ where it seemed my 28 stereo pair was updated in the app, but it was only the primary 28. The secondary 28 was still on the old software and the update didn’t show. When I unpaired it, the software update immediately popped up for the secondary 28 as well. Maybe this could help you as well if you want to force an update

BRONZE MemberStrangely enough the lab 28 updated last night to 4.1.1
So now theatre and lab 28 are all on the same software.
Given my system is wired do i need to do anything; I cant seem to tell the difference!
