Hello, I am a silver member and was able to access the Beolab 10 UK Service Manual.
My Beolab 10 suddenly stopped working. I had this problem previously and through the assistance found in these forums was able to determine at that time the Status LED was orange i.e. thermal protection circuit had been activated. I then powered off the speaker and removed the MK3 POwerlink cable for 5 minutes and on re-connection it all worked.
This time however, the speaker LED status remains RED and the speaker does not switch on.
I have swapped the Powerlink Cables using one of my BL5 cables inserted into the BS3 Centre Speaker POwerlink terminal and it still will not power on. I have determined it is not the cable as I have swiped cables and the BL10 cable is able to switch on the BL5.
It may be the F1 Fuse.
I was unable to tell if it is easy to get to an F1 Fuse. Australia is a long way away and recently the great technical capability we had has disappeared.
Any thoughts ? Thanks
