Beogram 8000 tacho disc replacement

Hello:

I have just spent quite some time trying to find any info on replacing the tacho disc on this turntable.  I have had no luck.  If there is anyone out there that could point me in the right direction it would be gratefully appreciated.  Located in Victoria, BC, Canada.  Thanks
