BRONZE MemberHi guys,
long time not been in the forum, so a friendly hello again to all of You.
I have a Beogram 6500 in white on my workbench, which i would like to restore to keep it in my collection. Unfortunately the white top plate on the dust cover has cracked (just the white plate, not the cover).
I saw that beoparts offers some top plates, but unfortunately not white ones. It looks like simple plastic, but with a specific thickness.
Did anybody already replaced this part and could let me know, where i can find it?
Thank You and best regards

BRONZE MemberFound something in a store for students of architecture. Itยดs 0.5mm PVC. Looks exactly like the original.

BRONZE MemberYou should take the 1mm thick one, itยดs better. the thinner let you see the glueing tapes.
Now, with the 1mm part, it looks like new. Strange. Somehow to new ๐
