i’ve bougt a beogram 2200. it doesnt run. I took the disk of.  when  i get the power on i saw a little movement but nothing more. when i get the belt of and puts the power on the motor just spins for a second, 3 or 4 turns and then stops. the lioghts are on and all but the motor doesnt turn. when i get power off and then on again it repeats again and again: the motor turns for only 3 a 4 spins and then stops

any suggestion is more then welcome. what could be the issue? What can i do?

    hi martin

yes, also with a record on the platter it has the same issues

    electricity is ok

when i turn the platter by hand, the beogram proces for staring and stopping works perfectly

only problem, the motor doesnt spin

Check the start switch. These switches are known to oxidize and lose contact, particularly if not used for a long time.
Check for cracked solder joints where connectors are soldered to the circuit board.
All OK? Check voltage on motor leads.
