Beogram 1202 – Buzzing & Lean Platter

Good evening, I purchased a Beogram 1202 for my wives birthday that was supposedly in working condition. On setting it up I noticed the play button wouldn’t do anything, I eventually figured out and replaced the belt, so it spins!

I have it running through a B&O PreAmp bundle from Heavenly Sounds via an Aux to a Marshall Speaker, however there is a buzzing heard a record is playing, I’ve opened it up (picture attached) however Im none the wiser what to do next as I’m a total novice.

Secondly the whole Platter seems to be a slight lean, which I assume is not normal and again I’m unable to figure out why its doing this. I’ve taken the plate off and had a look but nothing appears to jump out. I’ve turned the three moving screws to ensure there’s free movement but that’s about all I’ve tried at this point.
