Beocord 3300 motor doesnt run

Bought my first b&o set

the beocord 3300 lights work, i hear a click when i press play but the motor doesnt turn/run

after a second or so the play light Goes out

 

What to do

any suggestions

Any DC voltage on the motor tabs?
