HI – I got the same request. I’ve inherited my late dads old Beocord 1000 and a whole pile of tapes recorded in the late 60’ties and early 70’ties that I want to digitize in order to preserve them. But I can’t just figure out how to find the line out (if it even have that?). And there are some buttons I don’t understand what does.

You should be able to use the Radio socket for line-out.
Lower part of left side, if I remember correctly.

    Hello,
I am trying to contact Martin Olsen, known on the BeoWorld forum as Dillen, regarding a mechanical question about a vintage Bang & Olufsen Beocord 1000 reel-to-reel recorder.
I have been unable to register on the BeoWorld forum, so I cannot contact him there.
Could you please forward my message to Martin, if you are still in contact with him, or let me know whether there is an appropriate way to reach him?
I need help identifying the correct removal procedure for a stuck STOP control knob. I can provide close-up photographs.
    Thank you for your assistance.
    Best regards,
    An Italian Beocord 1000 owner
