Beocenters 7007 phono button intermittent

Hi all,

My Beocenter 7007 seems to have developed an intermittent fault.

When pressing the PH button on the control panel and the remote alike, the PH is displayed and there is a click but the turntable doesn’t always start.

I then need to press and hold the TURN (record cleaning) button to make it operate. Everything then works as it should whilst this button is held down.

Is there a switch contact I can clean to remedy this?

I hope someone can help me solve this intermittent issue.

Just wondered if anyone has experienced this problem before? Any input would be appreciated ?
