Hello dear community,
I’m in the process of restoring a Beocenter 9300 and I’m almost done. Now I’ve noticed that the “MUTE” function doesn’t work. When I press the “MUTE” function on my Beolink 1000 or directly on the BC, I hear a click (a relay picks up, I would say) in the system, but the volume does not go to “MUTE”. The volume buttons otherwise work perfectly. Does anyone have an idea what it could be?
Greetings!Stefan

If you plug headphones in do the speakers mute?

thanks for your E-Mail.
No I plugged in my B&O Form 2 Headphones 😉 and the speakers dont mute if i push the Mute-button but the red Mute-Light switchs on like normal. But the sound in the earphones and loudspeakers is still on.

Speaker set 2 is typically routed to linked systems in other rooms, where they are muted locally – and independantly.Martin
