SILVER MemberI am the proud owner of the above piece of equipment that I bought for £20. It looks to be in good condition, some of the lights come on but I think they are mainly dial lights, and the tape machine attempts to run. There is no sound from the speakers, no thump or his. I have downloaded manual +30, -30 , +15 & +5.7 V rails are all present but there is no +35 V rail. There seems to be reference to fault switch left and right which I can’t quite work out what it is. I’m wondering if this has got something to do with some form of soft start. Should there be some voltage on these lines pin 7&6 on P31, I am guessing yes because there is an arrow pointing inwards. Looking at the circuit diagram these pins go to what looks like the speaker outputs, does this mean nothing happens unless you have speakers plugged in? . I did originally plug speakers in and got no sound, I’ve tried plugging speakers in and still nothing happens, maybe it’s got something to do with the switches to select the speakers.
Any help greatly appreciated
Thanks
