BeoCenter 2 connection to Beovision Contour

Hello all,

I am looking for advice on the best way to add a BeoCenter 2 to home NL network. The recently acquired a BC2 is next to the BeoVision Contour in my bedroom.

I considered connecting the BC2 to the Contour via a SCART to HDMI adapter in hopes I could also use the DVD function(Not a deal breaker). The other thought was to add the BC2 to a spare Beosound Core via RCA but not sure if I would be able to control the BC2 using the Beoremote One paired with the Beovision Contour.
