AV9000 control centre PSU repair

Hi there.  Think I have a dodgy PSU on an AV9000 control centre.  Super simple looking circuit so I guess it’s a straight forward fix.

Blowing fuses F4 and F5.  Looking at the diagram they both come off the same rectifier – I guess the rectifier is goosed?

Other symptoms are no audio – I’m guessing there’s no power going to the amp because of the fuses…

Oh – and the main AC power feed going to this – does it matter whcih way round the neutral and live are?  Can’t remember how they came off now.

 

Any ideas?
