Beoplay A2 type 2887 no sound

Hello

I have a beoplay A2 .initial was a battery issue where I put a new one then after a while no sound just a plain white led lights up.Looks like a firmware problem so I did the firmware update in dfu mode and it was a success , still the same issue.Can anyone please help me with the schematics and also the soc firmware there is an eeprom mx25u1635 which is blank.
