BeoSound Ouverture 2631 factory settings problems

I have a strange problem with my BeoSound Ouverture 2631… When the power goes out, the default audio settings return (ok, batteries to be replaced already ordered). But the strange thing is that by default I find the balance all on one channel, Loudness OFF and Bass +5 Treble +5. Isn’t there a system to memorize the factory settings with at least the balance at zero and not +5 Right?
