beolab penta does not go into standby mode

Can someone help me repairing one of my penta’s ,

 

green led stays on , even when no sound input is available .

mode-switch to off position does not switch off the amp ( green light stays on )

verified tr3 and that one shows no shorts.

 

anyone ??
