      Hello everyone

      I would like to express my gratitude to the forum right away, I learned a lot of useful things when I was looking for information here.
      I apologize in advance for the language, I use a translator.

      I must say right away that I am from Russia…
      we do not have an official service center from B&O, since sanctions were imposed and B&O officially left our market.
      I asked for help from the official customer service of B&O and they refused me at the management level because of the sanctions imposed against the Russian Federation.
      I provided them with all the documents they requested in the letter (Russian passport, warranty card, photo of the BS9000 serial number) and they, citing sanctions, refused to issue the master code.

      I have one last step left to ask for help from your community, maybe there is some way to get this master code.
      I would appreciate any help and suggestions on how to proceed!!

      Additional question:
      1. I managed to enter the service code once: 11111 and bs9000 worked for a while, without problems. Then he asked for the PIN again, I tried to enter the service code and it didn’t work anymore. If possible, how else can I enter the service code, or does it only work once?

      2. Is the master code generated under the BS9000 serial number? Or is it standard?

      3. If it is not possible to get the master code, what can be the solution?
