I had a pair of these last year ( I think) and they impressed me so much that I then upgraded to the M100-2’s ( fantastic speakers)
I won this pair at a local auction ( I bid online ) sadly the foam surrounds had completely perished so I ordered the correct replacements, I’ll be getting all new capacitors today and i might fit better binding posts too .
these are replacing my £3.5k TG speakers
Imo these are very underrated speakers

6 August 2024 at 12:18 #58033thanks .
I’m glad I decided to recap them as all of the Capacitors were way off ! I mean a 10uF measured over 50uf and all of the 47uf’s were over 97uf-103uf , no wonder these didn’t impress me like the other ones I had .Attachments:

17 August 2024 at 11:36 #58390Hi , I sold the m100’s last year and they now live on west coast of USA .
17 August 2024 at 11:38 #58391I see! Still interested in your report on the results! 🙂
17 August 2024 at 17:45 #58402All that I did was recap them and whilst doing so I noticed that the binding post positive was wired incorrectly so I swapped it around.
they were one of the best speakers I’ve ever heard and had -
