Hi, I have a Beosound/beomaster 5 hooked up to a pair of beolab 9โ€™s, but this is Not the problem. The problem is that when I ripp my cdโ€™s with the ripping device of the BS5 or only sistening to it without downloading the cd, it doesnโ€™t show me any cd data (image, album name, singer name) nothingโ€ฆ

at first I tought that the problem was because i was using self Made cdโ€™s, so I tried with Adele, sade, george Michael but nothingโ€ฆ

    Can anyone help me??

I believe the BS5โ€™s CD ripper no longer has access to the database which gave it the CD artwork.
I find it better to extract my CD’s on a Mac via iTunes, add the artwork there, and export to the BS5.

Hi, tankz for responding, I didnโ€™t know it but iโ€™ve also tried transfering songs from WMP (Windows media player) to the HDD of the BM5, and I forgot to tell you that I see the HDD in both my computer and WMP, but I canโ€™t transfer anyting. The only thing that I can do is listening to the music that are downloaded on the BM5 on my pcโ€ฆ
