For years I’ve had the BV10 on the wall with an HDMI connector but I’m putting it out in the sunroom with a Nintendo for the kids.

Anyway, it has the yellow-white-red RCA connector which I’ve plugged in, but I forget for the life of me how to actually set it up.

I have the older Beo4 remote and tried TV/SAT/PC/VAUXย  but to no avail. In the TV menu it seems to just let me move to eg the 2nd option by clicking “2” on the remote but I can’t seem to be able to take the eg TV option and change it to RCA anywhere.ย  Is there a default easy way to do this on the remote, like a “TV2” thing I can add to the List menu to quickly spin it up?

    Hello Calvin,

I believe you have to register the Nintendo connection in the Options – Connections menu. ย  There you will be able to assign the PC, or any other button of your choice, to AV3 (assuming you have a 40 or 46). It is pretty well described in the BV10 Guide pages 12 – 14.

Thanks, I actually made two mistakes:

    1) I have 2 Beo4 remotes, and one has the Go button, the other has a tiny joystick thing. I was using the wrong remote for that TV, so I could navigate but not click anything

    2) I assumed that because the US bought unit had scart connections on the back, it would be able to deal with a european composite video feed. A few newer TVs are smart enough to figure out what the signal is. I’m going to have to get a PAL/NTSC converter with minimum frame lag.
