Hi all
This is for Beogram 4002 / 4004 or 6000
I found an interesting post on facebok where Mr. Erik Munk Larsen showed in a video that the arm raises a moment before the arm starts to move in the right direction.

Very nice in my opinion because usually it looks that the neddle is pulled out of the grove while the arm starts to travel in the same moment.
He added a 22uF cap in parallel to 1 R 91 which makes sense. The cap has to be loaded before the voltage raises to make the motor spinning.
My question is if there is the same possibility for the left direction, which seems a little bit more complicated because it has an impact to the tracking circurit.
Maybe it could work on a Beogram 4000 cap parallel to 1 R 61 /1 R 60 but the BG 4000 is able to track in both directions.
Maybe someone has a Beogram open on it’s table and could try a possibility.
Thanks for reply.
Kind regards
Christian
