I have replaced the servo motor belt and the turntable belt and adjusted the tonearm weight to the recommended amount. I was able to get the turntable to start playing but after about 10 seconds the record begins to skip because it doesn’t seem as if the tonearm is progressing. I have also tried adding weight but am cautious given the expense of breaking the stylus.
Here is a video of what I am seeing: https://youtu.be/M45AeAkHWUA
I am not sure what to do next, nor sure what the actual problem is at this point.
Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Silver members can access the service manuals which describe how this can be carried out, I haven’t done much work on the 4002 many in here have….im sure someone will advise you further, my advice is to go silver and download the service manuals
