Hi,

I bought an Beosound Level. Nice stuff, I am impressed. BUT it will not play BBC Radio 6 Music itself. It plays BBC 2 and all the other stations from BBC. Except BBC Radio 6 Music.

The support sent me mails like and will investigate this. Very frustrating.

b&o radio on bs level can’t play bbc radio 6 music   With other bbc stations there is no problem. Communication with bo support is very complicated and I’m very frustrated.

Not that I think this will help/solve your problem…

I can’t play anything B&O Radio here, but BBC6 plays fine from the built-in TuneIn (supposed this is what you are looking for).

And BB6 shows up in the B&O Radio part, even if my M3 can’t play B&O Radio.

Maybe this can help in your ‘communication’ with the support ?

thank you for your reply. I sent the same screenshots to the support.

Very strange: they sent me the question: do you use tuneIn or b&o radio 🙁 … do they know the bo products? the level can only b&o radio….
