Beolab 17 wisa issue?

Hi,

I recently bought a pair of Beolab 17 from a B&O dealer. Upon installation there already was an issue with the Connection to a my Beosound moment. That means one of the two speakers to be precise. Both speakers played for a few days and now only the left speaker is found and playing. The Right speaker cannot be found on the Moment. They are hanging on the wall under the roof, so it’s not easy to reset the speaker. Have some You engage the same issue? Is it the speaker, Is it the Moment or is it my room with with wifi and stuff that causes the issue with wisa?
