Weird beosound century issue

Hi everyone!

 

I have this weird focus error on my beosound century

I have found some advices on this forum that suggested to clean lens and mirror but it does not solve the issue

What is weird for me is that the turntable starts and stops almost immediately: how does the laser is supposed to know that the focus is found in this conditions ?
