Beomaster 2400 input questions

I just recapped my Beomaster 2400, and it sounds like it did when it was new. I have had the unit since new in 1977, I forgot how nice sounds.

So, jumping to our modern era, I would like to bluetooth my Iphone into the 2400. Problem I am having is the input from the bluetooth receiver if plugged into the tape input requires full volume on the iphone to have enough signal and I have to run the 2400 volume quite high for adequate volume.

If I use the Phono input for the bluetooth signal I have to have the iphone set to very minimal volume so as not to overdrive the 2400.

Has anyone encountered this problem and is there way to normalize the input levels for the 2400?
