Beogram CD 5500 Not Playing

Hello, we have a Beomaster 5500 receiver and Beogram CD 5500 connected up to each other with the 7-pin DIN cable. The CD player does not play any CD we put in it. I saw on the internet there might be some bad capacitors that we should change out. Could that be the culprit?

Please let me know if need pictures or any additional information. Thank you in advance
