Theatre failure. Help needed.

Hello Beoworlders, While looking at the TV, my Beovision Theatre suddently turned off making a huge crack sound. I power-cycled the set but nothing happens. No light on the control panel and the Theatre appears as offline in the B&O app. The LG TV works with the LG remote, but does not react to the BR1. Is there somewhere a switch to reset the Theatre? Hello, That’s what I think. The problem is that my dealer closed one year ago, I’m 300 miles from the closest one and I doubt that a tech would come to my home to repair the set. Is there an easy way to remove the screen (or ideally the soundbar) from the soundbar/stand/screen assembly? Kind regards, Yann

Hi contact a dealer (its possible that you have a authorized technican in your area even if the dealer have closed)
