Re: BeoVision Contour
I guess you need to adjust settings through the B&O app, as stock WebOS does not offer such functionality. But I donβt see that as an issue, as this is the case for several products and I suppose the app will recognise it as a Contour and not a Stage...

Re: LG CX + stage + BR one combo reliability?
I am still waiting for my Stage and floor stand, so I can test this when they arrive. Hopefully soon ππ»ππ» (Stores are currently closed due to lockdown)

Re: BeoSound Stage - stand and TV options
Thanks for the response and feedback Jaffrey! My living room is 30+ sqm (around 350sqft?) but the TV area is on the one half of the space (with no wall in-between, hence the need for a stand), so I hope that the Stage will perform well. I also have an A9 in the same room (the other half) so I hope that together they will be great for parties ;) I also like the B&O stand design-wise, it's more sleek and modern-looking IMO and suits the Stage and TV frame. If the TV could rotate that would

Re: BeoVision Contour
So will it only come in 48'' (based on the CX-48 I presume)? If that's true, and the price is around EUR 5k that looks like a tough sale unfortunately. 55'' at 5k would be easier to digest (taking into consideration the price of the CX + Stage + stand which is at around EUR 3.5-4.0k).

Re: BeoSound Stage - stand and TV options
[quote user="Aussie Michael"]Hi Harry, What a great post and an interesting conundrum. It appears that the LG + Stage + Stand option would be suited to you, as you say the benefits of the Eclipse would be negligible. What about going for one of the STB Bracket options? You could utilise an older style B&O stand, get rotation, albeit manual but would give you what you’re after. They even have newer ones. Check out their site. I personally like the B&O stand, even though it

BeoSound Stage - stand and TV options
Hello everyone! I am finally thinking of replacing my TV with a B&O-ish system. Would love to get the new Eclipse but unfortunately, I am sure it will be outside my available budget, so I am thinking of going the way of a Stage + TV + floor stand. The questions I have are the following: Between the LG CX and the LG GX, will the GX integrate better with the floor stand and provide a "cleaner" look and more sleek cable management to the CX? Note that I have an open plan living room so

Re: BeoLab 50
[quote user="9 LEE"] Well, if you wanted to 'narrow' an acoustic lens, which is a physical object, and you needed to be able to do this whilst the speaker is switched on, what would be the best way of doing it? It's a pretty simple concept - almost like when you're shouting at someone in the distance and want your voice to carry straight froward. What do you do with your hands? Re: BEOSOUND SHAPE : THE BEOWORLD REVIEW
First of all thanks Lee for another excellent review! Sandyb echoes my thoughts exactly. My trail of thought was something like: wow very original - looks a kinda cool - hmmmm wander how it sounds with such a form factor - and where to place it - I already have speakers in my living room - that probably sound better - unless I have to invest 15k+ - but then... Really hope these are a success, but can't feel that they are the first attempt of B&O in the commercial and business setting, rather

Re: New product announced?
Well, now it's 6pm CET, and it's 5pm in London, right? Normally CET is one hour behind London time, but perhaps it's different with the daylight savings? No clue...
