I would like to wish you all, and especially my friends (you know who you are) here very merry Christmas, great time with those whom mater to you and nothing but joy and happiness (with or without B&O) I do apologize to Jeff for borrowing his picture for second time in running - it's just to pretty, also it's the only one I have here suitable for the occasion. All the best Roman - bobsdirect.co.uk P.S. Cleve, Jeff, Rolf, Martin - don't be strangers - it has been to long I've heard

  • Re: How's this new year is treating everyone

Hello Cleve, Pablo unfortunately had to stay within his perimeter and is part of "custody" hearing still going nowhere... We haven't seen him since (I was to Exeter and Broadclyst just once at the beginning of January and haven't seen him than) Not long after our arrival, we've adopted this one (find on door step, poorly cold, wet and exhausted - Snowball suits her, but she refuse to react to that). I be going this month to Exeter - have some work to do there and may pay you

  • How's this new year is treating everyone

Hello fellow Beoworlders, Long time no seen (not forgotten though) May you all have good or, at least decent new year and may your B&O's live up to your expectations or above, mine left BC8500, BC2200, S45's, S3702's (completely restored), Avant and DVD1 (untouched) are going strong .... we also have new addition to the family, she's called Snowball and enjoys to watch programs on Avant and listen to music produced by BC8500 - I've tried to find her owners, but did not succeeded

Ooh that be my kind of place than Graham, he he thanks for the warm welcome and don't get carried away with the weight you guys until you're in men@pause I have nothing to contribute about - everything is working, despite I've fixed it bob
Good to see you back Bob! Beoworld has become a little more aggressive with argumentative contributions from people who have probably never owned B&O. I haven't lost any weight. Graham
hmm, that I'm stealing I go by the US DHS way: everyone is guilty unless proven otherwise , but share your enthusiasm about embarrassing kids, cannot wait to become real burden to them .... Y'all keep "trucking" or whatever that is... bob
Life is for living and everyone is your friend (until proven otherwise)! Losing weight means I can regress through my fashion faux-pas and embarrass my kids even more - now that's an incentive!!

A good question!! I clocked 50 over the Christmas period (but didn't appear to be speeding and so got away scot-free),. Happy belated (now you have another 50 to go) ;) Oh, and did I mention, I'm off on holiday next month! Hope you have blast (everyone still keeping it together, deserves brake ;) Life is good if taken in little steps yeah and don't trust farts, helps to. bob
• Re: dvd1

Hi, there is difference in quality even unit to unit (as we everything... but it wasn't your question, I have DVD1 and paid about £30 for it, what corresponds to other brands and got working unit with few scratches and bonus to be controlled with my Beo4, one shouldn't expect exceptionally quality just because it's from established brand - keep it real ;) b
Hi all, How do i know if i have a mk1 or mk2 dvd1? Is there any difference in terms of quality
