  • Re: BEOGRAM 1202

    1) Does any now if you can still buy a motor for a BEOGRAM 1202. Or a blow by blow how to pull it out and take it apart, and I do mean the rebuild for dummies manual. I have ordered Liquid Bearings. 2) Can you still get the rosewood verner for the side of the BEOLAB 1700.

  • BEOMASTER 1700 (1973)

I am having trouble with my old BEOMASTER 1700, it keeps moving the Fm stations, by this I mean I have to keep re-tuning in the stations. I have lost the bottom end (Radio two in the UK) and gained the top end. Any one know why this happens and how to rectify it! Keith.

  • BeoLab 1700 Stereo Light

I have a BeoLab 1700, all was working fine until the other day when the stereo light stopped working. it's not the bulb as the light now comes on OFF station. Is it the small chip with eight pins on the board that's at fault. Help please. Keith.

  • BeoGram CDX

I have a CDX which I have just repaired with the help from the pages of the forum site. It now works like a dream. My question is this, I need new wire for the RCA leads, and can't find the right flat 4 core wire. Has any one a spare two meters, or know where I can buy some. Hope someone can help. Keith.

  • Re: BeoGram 3500 Light

The BeoGram works really well, nothing is over heating and it's been like this for over a month. At the bulb the volts are 11.95 when dim and when you press cue the light comes on full and the volts read 11.98. I have disconnected the bulb for over a week now, with no ill affects on playing records. Should I leave it like this?

  • Beocenter 2500 software

Hi all, I hope someone can help with this. I have a Beocenter 2500 s/w 1.8 and hope to buy a broken Beocenter 2500 with s/w 2.0. My question is this, I have a Beolink 7000 RDS unit with new back light and caps fitted and works like a dream. I to make my Beocenter 2500 run a RDS unit that I have, but need to fit the software 2.0 from the broken unit. Do I just change PCB 3 that has the microprocessor and do I need to change anything else? Keith

  • Beogram 3500

I have a Beogram 3500 that's started to act rather funny. I had just been playing a record and at the end turned it self off ok, and after 20 minutes or so it just turned it self back on and won't turn off. it just keeps going to the beginning of the record and then goes back to the start position and then back to the start of the record ( it won't lower the stylus) and then back to the start. It just keeps repeating this all the time and I can't turn if off. anyone else had this

  • Beomaster 4000 Faint Stereo Light

The Stereo light on my Beomaster 4000 is quite faint. If you move the tuner rail or adjust a preset, the stereo light goes off and you loose stereo some times but not all the time. When the stereo light goes off if I turn the BM4000 on and off a few times the stereo will light up faint again. The signal strength is very good and the stations very strong. I have also done a full recap on the BM 4000. Thanks for any help. Keith

  • Re: Beomaster 4000 Faint Stereo Light

Hi Martin Sorry, just rechecked The voltage from the FM is 1.3 volts on average lower than the Phono, Tape voltages. when you move the FM slider, that’s when the stereo lamp voltage drops out. Turn the BM off and back on a few times and it will light up and run fine until you leave it off for a good number of hours. Keith
