• Re: Beosound 1 - deactivating the Lamp
Unfortunatly not. That is the same with almost all the speakers that B&O insist to have a lamp glowing. Should be a simple thing to introduce a "night mood". Email B&O and let them know.
Is it possible to disconnect the lamp?

  • Beosound 1 - deactivating the Lamp

Hello, has anybody an Idea how I could deactivate the small Lamp under the Speaker at the top of the Beosound 1? The Beosound stands in my bedroom and this lamp is to bright in the night. Thanks Chris

  • Re: Beosound Essence Remote an BS 1
I've had the same problem with the BS1. The really big problem with the BS1 is that a power cycle isn't as easy as use unplugging and reconnecting the power cable. Since the BS1 has a battery reserve, you must press the button on the bottom of the BS1 to do a power cycle. As the buttons are not clearly labeled, I must get out a flashlight and my reading glasses to do this. My solution has been to use a Lutron RadioRa2 keypad via the BLGW. I have more control

  • Beosound Essence Remote an BS 1

I have two BS 1 each paired with a BS Essence Remote. When paired it works fine. Unfortunately both lost their connection after some days, so that I have to re-pair them. Does anybody else have this experience? Is there a known fix? Thanks for help

  • Re: Bang & Olufsen App 2.0 is open for beta testing

Yeah exactly, neither option is simple though unfortunately (two apps is the opposite of simple, and one app but a mess isn't simple either). Maybe the ability to hide certain devices from the home screen would be a good idea (like with Windows Phone, you could pin/un-pin/rearrange "tiles" on the home screen) - this would give users the option to have everything in one place if they want it, or hide Bluetooth devices away in

I would welcome this solution, as i also use different NL-Products in different Places (Home, Holiday Home, ...). Currently I help myself with two different accounts, but i don't like the login-logout-process. Otherwise there should be a Account-Management. Forthermore i don't understand the shuffle-mode. Also in Version 2 it doesn't work, but who wants du hear his Deezer-playlists every time in the same order? And why is it shown when it doesn't work? I also think, that the fist

  • Re: Bang & Olufsen App 1.9.9 beta

Interesting, with me the app runs correctly so far at these point .... I have problems with the progress bar. Sometimes it shows 100% even though the song just startet. but this problem i had also in the 1.9.9-release. i also do not understand the shuffle function. sadly it does not change the playlist-queue, so you can't see whats next and you can't change the order. furthermore i hope, in a future version there will be a better account-management, because i switch between different houses

  • Re: LUA variables on BLGW

Hi, do you get the if else-statement working in a macro? I tried it several times for programming brightness-depending scenes. But without success. I want to switch the mode in blgw if brightness is higher than xxx Do you have an example?
